What shipping methods do you use?
We use the most economical common carrier for all of our shipping. We only use the USPS Priority Mail when shipping to APO and AE shipping addresses (required by law).
NOTE: PartyExpress makes every attempt to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, and you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. If you require expedited shipping please contact us Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST at 1-800-455-7280.

How does shipping work?
Shipping calculations: Shipping is calculatated at the time of checkout for all customers locatated in the Contiguous United States. If you would like a expedited shipping estimate before placing your order please contact us Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST at 1-800-455-7280.
Saturday delivery: We do not process orders and our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays. Please only count business days when determining shipping.
PO Boxes: Please enter a physical address for your ship to address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes and we will have to cancel your order if we are unable to contact you.
Oversize & Items Requiring Special Handling: Occasionally we will need to contact you for authorization for additional shipping costs for very heavy items, oversized package, or locations where our carriers charge us more. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Order Cutoff Time: Order cutoff time for expedited shipping is 2PM Eastern Time. Please calculate your delivery date only using business days. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery rates. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-455-7280.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If your order is returned to us because the package is undeliverable as addressed, partyexpress.com will process the order as a return and issue a refund for the item only. See our return policy for more information.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Signature Delivery: Signature may be required for delivery if you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left our warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
What is your return policy?
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase.
*New Year's Merchandise cannot be returned after December 31st.
You must pay for postage and shipping charges back to us which are non-refundable.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued for all returns.
We do not accept returns on custom imprinted product.
In order to receive credit all items must be unused and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene concerns we will not accept any wearable items. This may include, but not be limited to: balloons, party leis, hats, masks, wigs, costumes, horns, blowouts, beads, kazoos, etc. even if they are in their original packages. No credit will be given and the items will be destroyed.
All claims for damaged or missing goods must be processed within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at 1-800-455-7280, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get return instructions.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment used for the original purchase.
If an order is refused, shipping charges are non-refundable and all restocking fees will apply. When a package is refused the customer will be charged for any additional shipping we incur in having the package returned to us.
Any packages received without an RMA code will not be eligible for credit.
Party Express reserves the right to decline any return for any reason.
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service at 1-800-455-7280 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders under $75.00.
An advanced deposit up to 50% of your order may be required when placing an order that is custom imprinted, or custom packed. If your account is set up on terms, we will contact you for an advanced deposit.
